Wildly Strong 4 day split is a one month program that is split into 4 workouts a week. 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days. You will get a warm up consisting of mobility work and deep core work. These workouts can be done at home or in the gym. You will need dumbbells, loop bands, mini bands, a bench, a hip thrust pad, and a barbell.
