A 9 week fitness guide, that progresses from body weight workouts, to resistance band workouts, to weighted workouts. All workouts can be done in home. Each week you will have 3 workouts with all exercises shown in a video clip.
Each workout has a warm up and a cool down. After buying our guide you will get access to our women only accountability group.
As an extra add on we have shared recipes for some of our favorite breakfast, lunch, & dinner recipes. We have also shared some tips & tricks to keep you on track!
