About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah, and my journey to becoming a holistic health coach and fitness trainer has been anything but linear. I’ve always been active—playing sports and working out for most of my life—but my relationship with health and wellness wasn’t always healthy.

During my college years, I found myself caught in a vicious cycle of binge drinking, late-night indulgences, and restricting calories. The next day, I’d spend hours in the gym trying to "make up" for my choices. I tried every diet and trend that promised quick weight loss, but I was left feeling unhappy, lacking confidence, and battling constant anxiety.

In an attempt to "fix" myself, I turned to bikini competitions. While I looked great on the outside, I was still stuck in a cycle of extreme calorie restriction and over-exercising. My body was under immense stress, and my cravings and unhealthy habits only worsened. I wasn’t creating balance—I was chasing perfection at the expense of my well-being.

Fast forward to 2020. After the birth of my second child, I was in a better place mentally, but I started experiencing intense anxiety, panic attacks, and persistent acne. I turned to my doctor for answers and underwent a battery of tests, only to be told that everything was “normal.” Deep down, I knew the way I felt wasn’t normal.

When my doctor suggested birth control and Accutane to mask my symptoms, I refused. I didn’t want to cover up the issues; I wanted to uncover the root cause. That decision sparked a profound shift in my life.

I began my journey as a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). With over seven years of experience in the medical field (as of 2022), I’ve seen firsthand the damage that long-term neglect and poor habits can do to the body. I became passionate about helping others take control of their health before they find themselves in crisis.

As a personal trainer, I always felt something was missing. True health is so much more than just exercising and eating well—it’s about getting to the root cause of imbalances and creating sustainable, long-term habits. That’s what I help my clients achieve: a life of vibrant health, confidence, and balance.

My mission is to guide women to release what’s familiar, embrace meaningful change, and rediscover their power to heal. If I can do it, so can you. Let’s grow together!
