I earned my bachelors in Exercise Physiology from California State University of Chico. I worked as a personal trainer, corrective exercise trainer, led boot camp classes, TRX classes, spin classes, and so much more. Throughout my fitness career I competed in several fitness competitions. I have learned many great tips and tricks that I am here to share with you!
