2019 goals= build a better booty!

Today’s Workout consisted of a pyramid type workout guaranteed to kick your a$$! No pun intended this workout has various exercises that target your glutes and keep your heart rate elevated.

Complete each exercise without taking breaks! I literally filmed this workout and felt it in my glutes almost immediately! Below is a you tube video as well!

If you want to kick these workouts up a notch add some weight! I added a 20 pound dumbbell to my 70 bridges, my reverse lunges, & of course those goblet squats!
